Government committed to landscape restoration for snow leopard habitat conservation
India has identified three large landscapes, namely, Hemis-Spiti across Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh; Nanda Devi – Gangotri in Uttarakhand; and Khangchendzonga – Tawang across Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh for landscape restoration for snow leopard habitat conservation.
